Beaches
More than 11 kilometres of wide, natural white sandy beaches with dunes and pine forests. Ideal for long beach walks, jogging, sunbathing and swimming in a calm and open environment.

Natural Parc
Parque Alfonso XIII, dunes and pine forests
The large park located directly in front of Casa Portos, together with the
adjoining dune and forest area, forms a green lung along the coast. Walking
and cycling paths wind through pine trees, palm trees and sand dunes, with
open views towards the sea.
Marina & Harbour
A pleasant marina with restaurants and walking paths, less than 500 metres
away on foot. A lovely place for a stroll, especially at sunset.

Castle
Historic castle and archaeological site on a hill, offering panoramic views
over Guardamar, the sea, the Segura River and the surrounding landscape.


Rábita Califal
Archaeological remains from the Islamic period, located in the park in front
of Casa Portos, about 200 metres walking distance. A quiet and atmospheric
place where history and nature meet.

Segura River and riverside promenade
The penthouse is located along the Segura River. From the rooftop terrace
and the kitchen you have beautiful views of the river, the hinterland and
the mountains where the sun sets. As soon as you step outside, you can start
walking directly along the riverside path towards the sea or inland.
Local markets
The weekly market on Wednesday in the old town is a local highlight. On
Sundays, the large Lemon Tree Market takes place among lemon and citrus
groves, one of the biggest markets in the region.

Town centre of Guardamar
A pleasant and compact town centre with squares, shops, cafés and
restaurants, reflecting the relaxed local lifestyle.


Salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata
Unique natural areas with striking colours, including a pink and a blue salt
lake. The pink colour is caused by microalgae and high salt concentration.
Popular for walks and nature observation.

Salt lakes of Santa Pola
A vast nature reserve known for its many pink flamingos and other bird
species. The area is also appreciated for its clean and healthy sea air
influenced by salt extraction and open landscapes.
