The spacious private rooftop terrace is one of the highlights of this property. It offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding nature. The terrace features an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor shower, comfortable lounge seating, sun loungers, a dining table with chairs, and a high table with bar stools – perfect for enjoying an aperitif while watching the sunset.

The sun rises over the sea and sets behind the mountains inland, so you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day. It is the perfect place to relax and experience Mediterranean outdoor living.

A second terrace, directly connected to the living room, offers views of the sea and the park and provides an additional peaceful space to unwind. It is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a morning coffee. Large sun awnings ensure there is always a comfortable shaded area on both terraces.

Enjoy the swimming pool with a children’s pool and jacuzzi. The nature reserve and beach, all within walking distance.

The penthouse offers a spacious and light-filled living room with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea, creating a welcoming space to unwind in complete comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the facilities you could wish for, and enjoys magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the Segura River. A separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board adds extra convenience during your stay.

Two very comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights: one with a queen-size double bed (1.80 m wide) and stunning views, and a second bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m wide) and an additional single bunk bed, making it ideal for families.

The two elegant bathrooms both feature beautiful views - one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath/shower combination featuring a whirlpool bathtub.

Air-conditioning is available throughout the entire penthouse. From inside the penthouse you have direct access to the rooftop terrace with its outdoor kitchen and BBQ, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
