• The cleaning costs of 115,00 euros (this includes : the cleaning + bed and bath linen + personal welcome during the check-in and check-out).
• Electricity costs according to the meter reading, charged at 0,35 euros/kWh.

Wintering price       1.750,00 euros/month          (november - december - january - february - march)

Price per month, for a minimum stay of 2 months.

We work together with the Keyholders Daniel and Arianne. They are responsible for

• The cleaning up after your stay.
• The bed and bath linen: the beds are made up on arrival, kitchen and bath towels are at your disposal.
• Checking in and out: You are always welcomed personally. In addition to the key handover, a word of explanation will be given, the meter readings will be recorded with you and a picture of your identity card will be taken.

Do you need assistance during your stay or are you confronted with a problem (for example, forgotten your keys in the apartment, ...) then you can always contact them by phone and they will gladly help you further.

• Airport transfer Alicante - Penthouse Portos : 40,00 euro per trip.
• Rental of baby bed + high chair : 30,00 euro/week.
• Car rental - Chevrolet Aveo : 25,00 euro/day.
• Car rental - Toyota Auris : 30,00 euro/day.
• Grocery service on request.
